Suryanamaskar for stable health
Lie on the ground with your face touching the ground. Keep the joints, chest, forehead and your palms touching the ground, while the arm joints should remain above the ground. Hold your breath and chant in your mind 'Om Pooshne namaha'.
Lie with your face touching the ground and raise the part of the body that is above the waist. Inhale and chant in your mind 'Om Hiranya garpaya namaha'.
Raise your waist and place your feet and palms firmly on the ground. The body will be now in the shape of an inverted 'V'. Inhale and chant in your mind 'Om Mareechaye namaha'.
Repeat step four and inhale and chant in your mind 'Om Adithyaya namaha'
Repeat step three. Inhale and chant in your mind 'Om Savithre namaha'.
Repeat step two. Inhale and chant in your mind 'Om Arkaya namaha'.
This asana is similar to step one. While breathing normally, chant in your mind 'Om Bhaskaraya namaha'.
