“We never even dreamt that we would get such a nice son-in-law this easily ..,” Yadhendran, the father of the bride started talking to us in a joyous tone. “I am working as a clerk. My wife Lochana is a housewife. We’ve two daughters. Gomatheeswari is elder and the bride Bhuvaneswari is the younger. Bhuvaneswari has done M. Sc. Physics and is employed as assistant manager in HDFC bank. We had been looking for a suitable boy for her since a long while and we registered with many bureaus. But, we couldn’t get a suitable alliance. On a Sunday, we happened to watch Kalyanamalai program on Sun TV. We immediately decided to register with Kalyanamalai. We registered in March 2009 and in just six months, we got the alliance! They say that marriages are made in heaven; but I would say that my daughter’s marriage was made in the heaven called Kalyanamalai! In the six months after registration, we got very good response. Daily we were getting information about at least six alliances from the staff of Kalyanamalai. And, they kept us informed about the ‘Events’ also. We attended a Community Meet held at T. Nagar. On that day, when we were talking to Mr. Mohan, we very strongly felt that our daughter’s marriage would be initiated by Kalyanamalai only. And, by the grace of God, Kishorekumar is to become our son-in-law. He is a B. E. and is working as a software engineer. His family took the initiative and contacted us over phone. We found all the aspects suitable, the betrothal was held in November 2009 at Vijaya Park Hotel at Kodambakkam in a grand manner. We are all very happy today and we all thank Kalyanamalai a million times for their incomparable help. My daughter’s wedding is scheduled for 16th May. I pray to God that Kalyanamalai’s yeoman service should continue forever,” Yadhendran concluded with tears of joy in his eyes.
