Ingredients:
Rice flour – 2 cups
Peanuts – 2 tbls
Chutney gram flour – 2 tbls
White thil – 2 tbls
Dried coconut powder – 4 tbls
Chilli powder – 2 teaspoon
Oil
Salt

Method of preparation:
Mix chilli powder, salt and coconut powder. Add rice flour, chutney gram flour, peanuts, thil and water and make into dough. Allow it to remain for some time. Make the dough into small balls, roll them into puris and deep-fry. This will last for one month if preserved properly in a reliable container.
