Suji 1 cup
Chutney gram 1 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Dried coconut (grated) 2 tbls
Cashew nuts or peanuts
(Fried and powdered) 2 tbls

Method of preparation:
Add oil, water and salt to suji, make into dough and leave it for one hour. Grind chutney gram and sugar. Add grated coconut and cashew (or peanut) powder and make the mixture into dough. Roll the suji into puris, put the poornam into it and close it and press the ends. Deep-fry in oil.
