Chiroti, Cookery tips and recipes

Ingredients:
Cooked milk – ½ litre
Chiroti – 1 cup
Powdered sugar – 1 cup
Cardamom – 4
Ghee

Method of preparation:
Powder chiroti, add water and make it into dough. Leave it for 30 minutes. Then roll them into puris and deep-fry them in ghee. Cook the milk and add sugar. Crush chiroti and pour the sugared milk over it and serve.
