Here are some useful tips which can be tried at home to ensure a youthful skin and looks:

Those with dry skin can apply a mixture of 6 tsp. petroleum jelly, 2 tsp glycerin and 2 tsp lemon juice on the face, neck, hands and legs and leave on for some time. This mixture is a very good moisturizer. This process can be repeated twice a week. It prevents not only dryness but also adds glow to the skin.

Peel off the skin of cucumber and prepare the juice with two pieces. Add half teaspoonful of glycerin and rose water to the juice. This is a very good skin tonic for neutralizing sun tan. The mixture should be applied on those parts that are exposed to sunlight. Leave on for sometime and wash off in lukewarm water.

Are you having cracks on the sole? Here is a simple remedy for it. Melt paraffin wax; add mustard oil to it. Before retiring to bed, apply the mixture on the affected area and leave on. If you keep repeating this process, the cracks will disappear and the sole will become soft in 10 or 15 days.

Add lavender or rosemary oil to coconut oil and massage your body with this mixture. This will refresh your body and add glow to your skin.

If you’ve cracks on your feet, keep your feet immersed in lukewarm water for some time. Grind hibiscus flowers (10), henna leaves with lemon juice and apply the mixture on the cracks. Leave on for sometime and wash off.

To get rid of and prevent wrinkles on hand, keep massaging them with lemon peels.
